Your Vaisense device includes a standard warranty of 30 days for a refund and 3 years for parts coverage.

If your Vaisense Server is not functioning properly, click on the following link. Submit your Claim.
Before sending your device to LatticeWork for RMA, please ensure that all data stored on your Vaisense Server has been backed up. Customers are responsible for saving their data before return, as well as covering the cost of shipping the approved RMA unit to LatticeWork.
LatticeWork is not responsible for any data loss or damage while the device is in our possession and assumes no liability for such data.
