Why am I getting a 401 error on Customer Portal and/or Central Control and Monitor?
If you see a 401 error saying that you are not authorized when attempting to view camera feeds, please check if you are using a supported browser and that you have the correct permissions. Contact your admin or customer support if it is a permission issue.

- Firefox
- Edge*
- If you are seeing this issue on Edge and you also have the correct permissions, please make sure that you do not have the "Block third-party cookies" setting toggled in your profile settings.
